SPAZIO HUB: INCONTRO SUL REDDITO DI CITTADINANZA
FIRENZE, Piazza libertà: Venerdì 8 novembre dalle 12.30/13.00

E' difficile trovare un nome per il nostro incontro. Il linguaggio è troppo
vecchio, lineare, schematico, non tiene conto delle varianti e delle
esperienze diverse.

Noi l'abbiamo chiamato multibattito, cioè un battito di molti cuori.

In due giorni vorremmo raccontare i tentativi nel portare avanti la
tematica sul reddito di cittadinanza e soprattutto le difficoltà che
abbiamo incontrato; le inchieste e le opinioni di tanti lavoratori diversi,
assunti e non assunti, occupati e disoccupati, in formazione ed in
autoformazione, europei o migranti.

Vorremmo parlare di che cosa si può fare insieme e di come organizzarci
senza avere organizzazioni, burocrazie, capi e rappresentanti.

Vorremmo dire cosa succede nei territori grandi e piccoli in cui ci
troviamo per poter attraversare insieme un territorio vasto almeno come
l'Europa. Anche confrontare diritti e garanzie diverse che le lotte hanno
conquistato negli anni in paesi diversi. Conoscere le leggi e i welfare
europei non per presentare qualche nuova proposta di legge, ma tante
proposte di iniziative collegate tra loro dalle informazioni che ci
scambieremo.

Questo incontro non si chiuderà con qualche mozione da votare, con
maggioranze o minoranze democratiche, con battaglie politiche per far
passare la propria posizione, ma con tanti saluti, tanti indirizzi e tante
ipotesi da confrontare. Se la proposta vi interessa vi invitiamo a
partecipare portando con voi il sacco a pelo e il vostro contributo: cosa
avete fatto, cosa sperate di fare e cosa sapete a riguardo. Non discuteremo
se il reddito di cittadinanza è giusto o sbagliato, discuteremo di cosa
fare per ottenerlo.

Per preparare e discutere del multibattito sul reddito di cittadinanza
invitiamo tutte le realtà europee interessate ed i singoli a partecipare
alla riunione che si terrà durante il Social Forum Europeo di Firenze.

La riunione si svolgerà venerdì 8 novembre dalle ore 12.30/13.00, presso la
spazio HUB (zona parterre), in Piazza Libertà a Firenze.

REUNION SOBRE LA RENTA DE CIUDADANIA.

No ha sido tan facil dar un nombre a nuestro convenio. El lenguaje es demasiado viejo, lineal, esquemàtico y no cuida las diferentes variantes y pràcticas. Lo hemos llamado `multilatido´, es decir un latido, una pulsaciòn de muchos corazones.
Nos gustarìa contarnos, en dos dìas, las pruebas que hemos intentado acerca de la temàtica de la renta de ciudadanìa y sobretodo las dificultades que hemos vivido; asì como conocer las encuestas y las opiniones de tant@s trabajador@s diferentes, encargados y no encargados, empleados y desempleados, en formaciòn y en autoformaciòn, europeos o migrantes.
Nos gustarìa hablar de lo que podemos hacer junt@s y de còmo construir conexiones, comunicaciòn social, cooperaciòn desde los deseo y las necesidades, entre las cuales la primera es la renta.
Nos gustarìa contar lo que pasa en los territorios grandes y pequenos en que vivimos para intentar cruzar junt@s un territorio grande como Europa. Comparar también los derechos y las garantìas conquistad@s por las luchas durante los anos en paises diferentes. Conocer las leyes y los sistemas de welfare europeos pero no para proponer un nuevo proyecto de ley, sino para producir proyectos de iniciativas conexas entre ellas por las informaciones que nos vamos a transmitir.
Esta reuniòn no se va a cerrar con alguna votaciòn de mociones, ni con mayorìas y minorìas democràticas, ni con batallas polìticas que miren a favorir una posiciòn sobre las otras, sino con tantos saludos, tantas direcciones y tantas hipòtesis que tenemos que comparar. Si quieren participar al debate no olvidar traer el bolsacama y to er y todo lo que saben referente a éso. No vamos a discutir si la renta de ciudadanìa sea justa o menos, vamos a discutir còmo conseguirla.
Para preparar y discutir del `multilatido´ sobre la renta de ciudadanìa llamamos a todas las experiencias europeas y a cada un@ a participar a la reuniòn que se desarrolla durante el Social Forum Europeo de Florencia.

MEETING ON CITIZENSHIP INCOME.

It's hard to find a name for this meeting. Language is old, linear, schematic, it does not take into account the variants and the different experiences.
We have called it "multibate", just like a multi-beat, that is the beating of many hearts.
In only two days we would like to explain the attempts in carrying on the struggle for citizenship income and, most of all, the difficulties encountered; the research work performed and the opinions of many different workers, either hired or not, working or jobless, in training or self-training, Europeans and non-Europeans.
We would like to talk about all those things that can be done together and how to build up connectins, social communication and cooperation, starting from the wishes and the needs of a citizenship income.
We would like to tell you what is happening in the small and big territories we are living in so that we can come across a territory that is as vast as, at least, Europe. Furthermore, we would like to compare the rights and the guaranties that social struggles have achieved over many years in different countries. We would like to know better the European laws and welfare, not to propose a new law but to submit a number of proposals which are connected by means of the information we are going to exchange.
This meeting will not end with any decision to be voted, any democratic majority or minority or with any political struggle to enforce one's own position, it will end with a kind goodbye and many different options and opinions to be compared. If you believe can be of any interes to you, you are invited to be part of this meeting, take along your sleeping gear and join the meeting with your experience, your hopes, and what you know about this issue. The topic will not be if citizenship income is right or wrong, but what can be done to obtain it.
In order to prepare and discuss about the multi-beat on citizenship income we invite all European organizations and single persons to join the meeting which will be held during the European Social Forum taking place in Florence.

TREFFEN ZUM THEMA EXISTENZGELD

Es ist schwierig einen geeigneten Namen für unsere Zusammenkunft zu finden. Die Sprache ist zu alt, zu linear und zu schematisch und trägt den Veränderungen und den unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen keine Rechnung. So haben wir unser Treffen "multibattito" genannt, das heisst so viel wie "das Schlagen vieler Herzen".

In zwei Tagen möchten wir darüber reden, welche Versuche wir unternommen haben, das Thema Existenzgeld voranzutreiben und vor allem, auf welche Schwierigkeiten wir dabei gestossen sind; Wir möchten über unsere Umfragen / Untersuchungen reden und über die Meinungen vieler verschiedener Leute, die angestellt sind oder nicht, die beschäftigt oder arbeitslos sind, die sich in der Ausbildung oder in der Selbst-Ausbildung befinden, die Europäer oder Migranten sind.
Wir möchten darüber spechen, was wir zusammen tun können und wie wir uns jenseits von Organisationen, Bürokratie, Anführern und Vertretern organisieren könnten.
Wir möchten erzählen, was in den kleinen und grossen Bereichen, in die wir eingebunden sind, geschieht, um gemeinsam einen grösseren Bereich zu durchschreiten, der mindestens so groß wie Europa ist.
Wir möchten Rechte und verschiedene Garantien konfrontieren, die in den verschiedenen Ländern im Laufe der Jahre durch Kämpfe errungen wurden. Wir möchten unsere Kenntnis über Gesetze und europäische Welfare-Maßnahmen vertiefen, nicht um einen neuen Gesetzesvorschlag zu unterbreiten, sondern um viele Vorschläge für Initiativen zu sammeln, die miteinander durch die Informationen, die wir uns austauschen werden, verbunden sind.
Unser Treffen wird nicht mit einer zu wählenden Motition enden, nicht mit demokratischen Mehr- oder Minderheiten, nicht mit politischen Kämpfen, um die eigene Position durchzubringen; sondern mit vielen lieben Grüssen, mit vielen Adressen, die ausgetauscht werden und mit vielen Vorschlägen und Hypothesen, die konfrontiert werden müssen.
Wenn euch dieser Vorschlag interessiert, dann seid ihr eingeladen teilzunehmen. Bringt euren Schlafsack und euren Beitrag mit: was ihr bisher getan habt, was ihr hofft, demnächst zu tun und was ihr zum Thema so wisst. Wir werden nicht darüber reden ob die Existenzgeldforderung richtig oder falsch ist, wir werden darüber diskutieren was wir tun können, um diese Forderung duchzusetzen.
Um "das Schlagen vieler Herzen" vorzubereiten und zu diskutieren laden wir alle europäischen Gruppen und Einzelpersonen ein, am Treffen (während des Europaeischen Social Forum in Florenz) teilzunehmen, das am Freitag 8 November, 12.30/13.00, in Hub Space, Piazza Libertà Firenze.

Rencontre sur le revenu de citoyenneté

Il est difficile de donner un nom à notre rencontre. Notre langage est trop archaïque, linéaire, schématique et ne tient pas compte des variations et de la diversité des expériences.
Nous l'avons appelé "multibattito", comme le battement de nombreux coeurs. Pendant deux jours, nous voudrions raconter nos tentatives pour faire avancer la réflexion sur le revenu de citoyenneté et surtout les difficultés que nous avons rencontrées; les recherches et les opinions de beaucoup de travailleurs différents, employés ou non, en activité ou au chômage, en formation ou en auto formation, européens ou migrants.
Nous voudrions parler de ce qu'il est possible de faire ensemble et des moyens de s'organiser sans structure, ni bureaucratie, ni chefs oureprésentants. (Nous v! oudrions parler de ce qu'il est possible de faire ensemble et des moyens de monter des réseaux de communication sociale et de coopération, partant du désir et de la nécessité d'un revenu de citoyenneté) Nous voudrions raconter ce qui se passe dans les petits et grands territoires dans lesquels nous nous trouvons pour pouvoir traverser ensemble un territoire qui recouvre au moins l'Europe; confronter les différents droits et garanties conquis par la lutte au fil des ans dans différents pays; connaître les différentes lois et protections en Europe, non pour proposer un quelconque nouveau projet de loi, mais de nombreuses propositions d'initiatives qui auront en commun les informations que nous nous serons échangées.
Cette rencontre ne s'achèvera pas sur une quelconque motion à voter, avec une majorité et une minorité démocratiques, avec des querelles politiques où chacun essaye de faire adopter sa position à lu! i, mais par des échanges desalutations, d'orientations et d'hypothèses. Si cette proposition vous intéresse, nous vous invitons à venir, avec votre sac de couchage, apporter votre contribution: qu'avez vous fait ? que désirez vous faire ? et quelles connaissances avez vous dans ce domaine ? Nous ne débattrons pas pour savoir si le revenu de citoyenneté est juste ou non, mais de ce que nous pouvons faire pour l'obtenir.
Pour préparer et débattre du "multibattito" sur le revenu de citoyenneté nous invitons toutes les personnes ou réalités européennes de mouvement intéressées à participer à la réunion qui se tiendra durant le Forum Social de Florence
La réunion aura lieu le vendredi 8 novembre à partir de 12h30-13h, à l'espace HUB (au parterre), Piazza Libertà à Florence
